Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $100.00!

The free shipping promotion is only valid on retail orders shipped within the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii residents will be charged according to UPS Ground shipping costs. These extra shipping charges may not not be reflected in the shopping cart or in the checkout process, however you will be notified of them before the order is completed.

Items must meet size and weight restrictions. Some overweight or over-sized items may not qualify for free shipping. In the case of heavy or over-sized orders you will be contacted by phone with the final shipping costs. You will not be charged until you have approved these extra shipping charges.

Orders under $100 and those not qualified for free shipping promotion will be charged according to UPS Ground shipping costs in the checkout process.
When will my order arrive?


Canada Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders to Canada. Please review the following guidelines before placing an order shipping to Canada:
* International orders do not qualify for free shipping
* All shipping expenses are covered by purchaser
* We will email customer the shipping expense totals and wait for approval
* Customer is responsible for all bonds, duties, and taxes.
* Order will not be shipped until customer has approved shipping charges
* Orders over $1,000 US may be required to make payment through bank transfers
* All bank / transfer fees are paid by purchaser
* Not all shipments are approved
* No returns or refunds

Bonds fee:
Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. When funds are not provided in advance by the customer, and UPS must post a bond to allow UPS shipments to be released in advance of payment to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)

Limitation of Liability:
We do our best to serve our customers effectively, however we cannot be held liable for merchandise once it has left our location, specifically once it has crossed the country border or is in the process of crossing the country border. We will do all we can within our responsibility to ensure your shipment arrives in a timely manner.

Freight, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day, or UPS 3 Day Select can be made at the customer's expense in the check out process.

Privacy Policy


We at Christmas World .com respect your privacy. We do not sell any personal information to anyone outside our organization. Personal information is only required for the purchasing of materials from our online store. All other personal information is optional and is willfully sent by the user.

Information containing no personally identifiable data will be used by us and certain contracted third parties. Such information includes, but is not limited to, use of cookies, web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics on our web site visitors. No personally identifiable data is collected by or transmitted to third parties. Information is used for reporting web traffic, statistics, advertisement ‘click-throughs’, and/or other activities on our site. This data will help us improve the quality of our site and make it more user friendly to visitors.

Returns

Due to the seasonality of Christmas, returns are not accepted after Christmas through July. Products need to be unopened and in original packaging. Please do not write on the product or the products packaging. A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all returns with the exception of defective merchandise or order discrepancies. Returns Authorization number must be obtained before returning products and needs to be visible on the outside of the shipments packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to get product back to us.

* Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise needs to be returned within original packaging. Product and packaging needs to be in new condition. Please do not write on the products packaging or contents. All components within packaging must be included. Returns Authorization number must be obtained before merchandise is returned and must be written on the outside of the package returned.

* Order Discrepancies
If there is a discrepancy with your order then we will quickly resolve the issue to get you the products you need. If products need to be returned to us then we will issue a Returns Authorization and provide a UPS Returns Label.

The steps for returns are as follows:

1. Send the following information to returns@christmasworld.com to receive a Return Authorization:
Name of Customer
Phone Number
Date of Purchase
Order Number
List of items and quantities to be returned
Reason product is to be returned

Warranty

Please review the full warranty information within the manufacturer packaging. Some manufacturers prefer warranty issues to go directly through them. Merchandise purchased from ChristmasWorld.com is covered by the warranty set forth by the manufacturer of the product. ChristmasWorld.com will cover only product purchases made through ChristmasWorld.com. Please contact us if you have an item that needs to be warrantied.

ChristmasWorld.com conveys to the buyer a limited and exclusive materials and workmanship warranty, for items purchased only through this website. This warranty is equal to the same period of time provided by the manufacturer’s warranty, EXCLUDING FORCE MAJEURE OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR ABUSE. THIS EXCLUSION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON, ANIMAL OR STRUCTURE. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY, THE ITEMS PURCHASED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The sole remedy under this warranty is for a credit or replacement of the product.

Christmas World .com has the right to accept or deny warranty claims and is not responsible for any shipping charges for items to be replaced or the replacement items.

NEITHER CHRISTMASWORLD.COM NOR OUR SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF ANY ALLEGED DEFECTS OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED HEREUNDER, OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF ANY SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
