Free Ground Shipping on orders over $100.00!

The free shipping promotion is only valid on retail orders shipped within the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii residents will be charged according to UPS Ground shipping costs. These extra shipping charges may not not be reflected in the shopping cart or in the checkout process.

Items must meet size and weight restrictions. Some overweight or oversized items may not qualify for free shipping. In the case of heavy or oversized orders you will be contacted by phone with the final shipping costs. You will not be charged until you have approved these extra shipping charges.

Freight, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day, or UPS 3 Day Select can be made at the customer's expense in the check out process.

Returns Policy
Due to the seasonality of Christmas, returns are not accepted after Christmas through July. Products need to be unopened and in original packaging. Please do not write on the product or the products packaging. A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all returns with the exception of defective merchandise or order discrepancies. Returns Authorization number must be obtained before returning products and needs to be visible on the outside of the shipments packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to get product back to us.

* Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise needs to be returned within original packaging. Product and packaging needs to be in new condition. Please do not write on the products packaging or contents. All components within packaging must be included. Returns Authorization number must be obtained before merchandise is returned and must be written on the outside of the package returned.

* Order Discrepancies
If there is a discrepancy with your order then we will quickly resolve the issue to get you the products you need. If products need to be returned to us then we will issue a Returns Authorization and provide a UPS Returns Label.


Warranty Policy
Please review the full warranty information within the manufacturer packaging. Some manufacturers prefer warranty issues to go directly through them. Merchandise purchased from ChristmasWorld.com is covered by the warranty set forth by the manufacturer of the product. ChristmasWorld.com will cover only product purchases made through ChristmasWorld.com. Please contact us if you have an item that needs to be warrantied.

This warranty is equal to the same period of time provided by the manufacturer’s warranty, EXCLUDING FORCE MAJEURE OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR ABUSE.
